ENC Collection Report (ENC Update Status Report)

Upon request, ECDIS generates a list of loaded ENCs, including their name, scale, edition number and date, the number and date of the last applied update, manual corrections, ENC license expiry date, and ENC cell currency status in accordance with the IHO S-63 standard. Additionally, ECDIS generates a summary report on the status of the shipboard ENC collection in accordance with the IHO S-63 standard.

The report can be exported to external media.

Important

Generating a full chart collection report may take a significant amount of time depending on the ENC collection size.

Tip

The Last update issue date field in the report shows the date the last correction was applied. The correction Issue Date is shown in the corresponding table column. An ENC is considered current if the last ENC correction does not exceed 3 weeks.

To return to the summary report, press Short.

Exporting the Report

To export the report:

  1. Open the report window (summary or full)

  2. Press the Export button

  3. Select the USB device (Select Device)

  4. Confirm the export

Upon successful export completion, a message will be displayed:

To return to the ENC Collection (Data set), press Back.

Note

You can verify the correctness of the export by viewing the contents of the senc_report_datetime_format.pdf file (datetime — export time and date, format — format: short or full) from the USB medium on any computer.
