Screen redraw in true motion mode — as a percentage to the screen edge. Screen redraw in heading-stabilized orientation mode — when the heading changes by more than the set value

Vessel Position Region

Select the method for locking the ship display on screen:

  • Set fix — fixed position (the ship mark is located at the operator-specified position)

  • Reset fix — reset lock — the ship mark is unlocked from the specified position

Display Palette

Three interface display modes are available:

  • Day — day palette

  • Dusk — dusk palette

  • Night — night palette

For each mode, brightness is individually adjustable using the “Brightness” field.

Important

Adjusting the brightness and contrast of the ECDIS screen may make it difficult to read information, especially when using the night and dusk palettes.

Layer Management

Enable/disable display of additional information layers:

  • AIS layer — AIS data layer

  • User chart — ENC manual corrections layer

  • Radar layer — radar overlay layer

  • ARPA Layer — ARPA data layer

  • DSC Layer — DSC target layer
