Resource creation flags (first part of resource creation context)

Enumerator
kOpenResourceFlags_Read	Create/open resource only for reading.
kOpenResourceFlags_Write	Create/open resource only for writing.
kOpenResourceFlags_Create	Creates resource or truncate if exists.
kOpenResourceFlags_Append	Open resouce and search to the end.
kOpenResourceFlags_Exclusive	Create/open resource in exclusive mode.
kOpenResourceFlags_Text	Open file in text mode (default is binary).
